2023 Methode Traditionelle blanc de blanc
A beautifully complex sparkling wine with aromas of lemon meringue, biscuit and subtle oyster shell. The palate is rich and creamy, with a fine, persistent mousse and flavours of yellow peach and grapefruit. Bright acidity and a distinct saline character provide freshness and drive, carrying the wine through to a long, dry finish with lingering lemon pith.
A refined expression of Méthode Traditionnelle, this Blanc de Blanc showcases Chardonnay at its best, balancing richness and texture with bright acidity, precision and a lingering mineral character. BRONZE in the 2026 Perth Royal Food Awards – Wine Class 46 Sparkling White & Rosé – 30 Months or More Tirage“Our 2023 Méthode Traditionnelle Blanc de Blanc is a particularly exciting release for us. It’s our first sparkling Chardonnay, and we were genuinely impressed by how drinkable this wine is. The tasters rated it highly and we think its combination of elegance, freshness and sheer drinkability will make it a popular addition to the Bungarra range.” Chris, Bungarra Wines
2024 Chardonnay
Hand harvested in the cool early morning, this Chardonnay was crushed and pressed before being divided between stainless steel and ceramic egg for fermentation. The stainless steel preserves the wine’s fruit purity and bright, pristine acidity, while the ceramic egg adds texture and roundness to the palate.
The result is a generous, mouth-filling unoaked Chardonnay with lifted aromatics and vibrant flavours of grapefruit, white peach and nectarine. Fresh, textured and beautifully balanced, it’s a Chardonnay that delivers plenty of flavour without the weight of oak. Cellar – 4 years2024 Chenin Blanc
2025 Methode Traditionelle Chenin Blanc
This Chenin Blanc was hand harvested in the cool early morning before being whole bunch pressed into stainless steel for fermentation. Following primary fermentation, a traditional secondary fermentation took place in bottle, creating the fine natural sparkle characteristic of Méthode Traditionnelle wines.
The wine was then left to mature on its yeast lees in bottle, allowing time to develop greater texture, complexity and flavour. Each bottle was hand disgorged before a small dosage of liqueur was added to balance the wine’s natural acidity.
The result is a beautifully crisp and refreshing Australian sparkling Chenin Blanc, with vibrant freshness, delicate texture and the added complexity that comes from time on lees.Red Wines

2011 Methode Traditionelle Chenin Blanc
This Chenin Blanc was hand harvested in the cool early morning before being whole-bunch pressed into stainless steel for fermentation. Following primary fermentation, a traditional secondary fermentation was conducted in bottle to create this sparkling wine.
Extended time on the yeast lees has allowed the wine to develop greater palate texture, complexity and flavour. Each bottle was hand disgorged before a small dosage of liqueur was added to balance the wine’s natural acidity.
The result is a refined Australian sparkling with the freshness of Chenin Blanc complemented by the complexity and texture gained through traditional bottle fermentation and extended time on lees.Out Of Stock Wines
