Bronze Award 2026 Perth Royal Food Show: Wine – 87.00
This Shiraz was hand harvested in the cool early morning before crushing into traditional open fermenters for fermentation on skins. After primary fermentation a traditional secondary fermentation was conducted in bottle to produce this sparkling wine. Time on the yeast lees in bottle has built palate texture and flavour before hand disgorging when a small dosage liqueur is added to help balance the acidity. The result is a crisp and refreshing classic Australian Sparkling red.
BRONZE in the 2026 Perth Royal Food Awards – Wine Class 48 Sparkling Red – Any Vintage & NV. The only medal winner in its class.
