The palate is rich and creamy, with a fine, persistent mousse and flavours of yellow peach and grapefruit. Bright acidity and a distinct saline character provide freshness and drive, carrying the wine through to a long, dry finish with lingering lemon pith.

A refined expression of Méthode Traditionnelle, this Blanc de Blanc showcases Chardonnay at its best, balancing richness and texture with bright acidity, precision and a lingering mineral character.
